I picked up my truck and the work done, looked good. I drove home and later ran my hand over the area repaired and noticed there was minor debris in the paint, so I brought it back and they buffed it out quickly. This was an inconvenience and should have been caught prior to me picking up. Also, I understand that my door was removed to repair what was damaged, however, when I got my truck back the inside of the cab was incredibly dusty and hand prints in different places from the workers. I would have appreciated a detail to make sure at least the hand prints were cleaned up at a minimum. Along with the above, a full detail would have taken the entire experience to a 5 star. Just a suggestion on that.

I call to see what the status of car. First update and be told everything is here ready to go. No update call. So I called the approaching date to see if car will be done on or about the day that I was told. Told me the new update a month later and once again everything is here ready to go. So I call to see and once again a month later. It was done. I understand things happen. But 3 months being without a car wow, and I had to call everytime to see. Then had to bring car back in because safety features weren't working properly.back No one told the person incharge until I brought it in. So arrangements weren't made to have the car fixed. Now I get to make a another trip to Phoenix to pick the car back up again. I live in Blanding Utah 6 hour drive one way. No really satisfied. Because of me having to call to find out what was going on and the extra trip.

Poor communication on the status of my repairs. I needed to call and check on the status several times. I left messages that went unanswered. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle they had neglected to tell me to bring the check from my insurance company and wouldn’t let me take my vehicle so I ended up paying it myself.

The work was not as good as expected. Had I kept the car I would’ve brought it back. Also, when I picked the car up, it had not even been washed. Even the service center across the street washes the vehicle when it was in for service. Sadly, I will not be a return customer.

Car was picked-up June 3rd. Today is Aug 8th. The car is still missing a tow cover and a left rear taillight that was damaged during the repair. There has been no communication from Bell Collision as to when the repair will be completed. I have made several attempts to get a status and have been unsuccessful in getting a call back. Even went to the shop and was not able to see anyone to get a status. I was told by the front receptionist possibly the problem is the parts are still on order. The problem is no communication!! The customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I would like to get my car completed so I can move on.
