The scheduling and initial drop off of the vehicle was effortless and excellent. We had an issue with pick up of the vehicle where a fender flare clip was not completely attached or damaged and it left a ****/4 gap. This caused (due to holiday schedule to be fair) a two day delay in getting the vehicle back. This could have been easily avoided with a careful QA QC check prior to calling me to pick it up. This caused me two extra trips and two extra days of rental insurance. The quality of the work was overall excellent. The repair seems to be high quality and the vehicle was finally delivered to me in excellent condition.

Stephen was the service person to help us he was very helpful he was knowledgeable he looked at the damages and he fixed them for us and a short time was very courteous he always kept us in form which I loved always he would let me know insurance adjuster came we order the part he always kept me in form and I love that I am very happy . Thank you

My car was stolen and then returned with damage. As you can image I was so upset and had a really hard time thinking how can I ever drive this vehicle again. Riley assured me that it would be ok and he would get it fixed for me. The car smelled so bad of cigarette smoke and with all the hard work everyone did I can’t smell the smoke and the car looks great. All I can say is thank you Riley and everyone at Bell collision for making my car safe again for me and my 3 year old son to ride around in.
