Did a great job. However I did have to take my car back in for little mistakes that were made during the repair process. They were friendly and got done what I have asked except the small window scratches. Overall 8/10.

Thank you for taking care of my issues so quickly and for having my car cleaned and for keeping me informed all along the way also for providing a rental car so my inconvenience was at a minimal. This experience was virtually painless. Thank you for your attention to detail your work was prompt and of excellent quality, from the person who did the actual work to the people who helped make the appointment. I especially liked that they called me. Just so you know I called midway 3 times to no avail. Deciding to use your services because you called me.

I enjoyed the constant text messages that let me know what was going on with my vehicle. It was reassuring and nice to know what was being done to my vehicle at different stages and the estimates of when it would be finished.

The automated email reminders from Bell Collision are totally inaccurate. On 4/****/19 at 9:09am, I received an email message stating that my vehicle repairs would be completed on 4/24/19 at 5:30pm. On 4/****/19 at 3:42pm, I received another message from Bell Collision that the vehicle repairs were completed and it was ready to be picked up. That confusion resulted in a conflict with my insurance company related to the coverage on the rental vehicle. The reminder system needs some serious improvement.
