Derek was an absolute professional and although nobody wants to deal with auto repairs, he made it as hassle free as possible. I honestly believe my experience at bell Honda was fantastic solely because Derek showed such great care. This is a fantastic employee who deserves true recognition for his honest and hard work.

I was very displeased to learn that for nearly $5000, used parts were put on my vehicle. Used parts that were dirty and damaged. Additionally, the time it took was not initially explained.
