I have been trying to get in contact for the past ****.5 weeks and have only gotten voice mail. I was initially happy with the repairs but have noticed multiple issues since driving my vehicle. The main issue is the power steering will randomly shut down, including while I am driving. The first time I tried to call about this I was told the power steering could not be repaired because it was out of warranty, but I found an invoice from Sand Chevrolet Surprise showing it was repaired/replaced 12/31/2020...and should still be under warranty. I am happy to provide proof of this. I also noticed that, upon trying to add bug wash, the hood was not properly installed and is missing parts. The sprayers do not function and the support for the hood is not connected/missing a bolt. Those last two are annoying but less of a concern than the power steering, which has made my vehicle unsafe to drive. I have never had issues like this with a Chevy Dealership, and my car was pretty messed up so mistakes are understandable, but its the dodging of my calls that is frustrating. I'm not trying to cause problems or anything of the sort, in fact I'd be happy to continue working with the dealership as their other work on the vehicle was fantastic. I just cant seem to get in contact with anyone.

The work was done well. I got the car back in a timely fashion. There still is one thing that needs tone finished because the part wasn’t in at the time.

There was miscommunication at time of setting up the repair when car in mechanic shop that I would have a loaner car available. Not a big deal in end, I just would have budgeted for Uber & Lyft rides and been more thoughtful about when I agreed for my car to be worked on. Overall very satisfied with car repair and communication and effort of service coordinators.
