The body shop did not communicate with me about the status of my car the whole time that my car was being worked on. The technician even left my headlight and blinker light unplugged and I had to go somewhere else to get it looked at because I was so dissatisfied that I didn’t not want to go back to you guys. I drove a couple of days without my headlight and blinker because I thought they had burnt out. I will probably never return to have work done by you guys.

The work was done to my satisfaction although there was a delay in completion due to a part (baffle), that was broken during the re-install of the grill/bumper assembly. Reliable has always done good work.

I was okay not excited. Lack of communication on when my vehicle basically ceased after 9/30/22. Unsure if that was due to staff change. Also my backup warning sensor does not work on my car after the repair.

It would be nice if they would keep the client informed on the status of their vehicle. Instead of the client calling to find out. Also my lug knot for my tire was never put back. I informed the person in charge of my car and I still haven't got my lug nut returned. Hope I Don't get a flat cause if I do I'll be very upset.

I spoke with the manager already about the issue. My side mirror was never addressed & both of the door seals are falling off. I live out of state, so now I have to take the car in Again! To repair something that should have been fixed, & something that should have been done well to hold beyond a couple days
