All the work through the insurance claim was great. Only complaint is they said they would do a courtesy touch up on a small area (nickel size where paint was chipped) on my hood and it looks like they ran white out over it instead of painting the area correctly. Had I known that was going to be the case I would’ve told them not to worry about it. Other than this - great experience. I do plan on leaving similar reviews on social media + google reviews. Wow! Let’s see.... where do I start? Professional, Integrity, diligent and patient The ability to problem solve were all valuable traits For this job. This team was spectacular! Headed by the director Mr. Richard. Starting my job and this vigorous process was Ms. Cinnamon She got me sign up and all the paperwork done. And so the stage was set for Mr. Drew, Mark and Jacob To do what they do best. My car was properly diagnosed. They had to speak with the insurance company on a few occasions So they could expedite the work. And then it got a lil complicated. This is when Mr. Richard step in. Seeing me a lil stressed about the insurance company not trying to replace my Wheels. He quickly jump into action and started the process of finding me some More rims in my price range. To insure that when the car was ready I would have wheels as well. The wheels he selected were so amazing, I couldn’t be more please. The whole team did so many things it’s hard for me to fit it all. I do want to add that I have lower springs on my car. It drove kinda crappy but Jacob asked me how did I want something set. I didn’t know I had a choice! Anyway now my car sits low and drives amazing ! I love everything they did for me. I will always remember this experience. Thanks guys! And Reliable Chevrolet For having an amazing team!
