Carstar Wilmington

I say that with reservations. I will have my car checked top to bottom at the Hyundai service department on 8 May and will then know how it is. It seems to pull to the left when it didn’t before. Mary was great. Service was done quickly.

Wonderful customer service from the moment I walked in the door. I was kept informed on a daily basis as to the progress of the repairs. They did great work!!!!

The entire team worked well together and was attentive to small details as well as the larger, more obvious problems. This is the third time I have dealt with a Repair Shop post accident. This CarStar is the shop I will recommend and the one to which I will return should the need arise. When I dropped my car off, each person was friendly and knowledgeable, making certain I understood the process. This is important, especially following an accident. I was even happier when I returned for my car...the work was superior. All the damage was fixed with everything matching, just as it always should but seldom happens, especially with a seven year old car. They had washed and cleaned both inside and out and it looked like a new car. I could not be happier and am most appreciative to CarStar Wilmington for their kindness and expertise.

Carstar was such a great experience! My car was rear-ended and needed to find a collision center to do an estimate for the damage. I called around and got estimates from three other places in Wilmington but from the beginning the people at Carstar had won me over. The receptionist was so nice and helpful from the start and their prices were better than any of the other estimates we received. While my war was at the shop getting fixed, they sent regular email updates registering the status of the car and percent completion until it was ready to be picked up. After getting it, they had not only fixed the issue but has also washed and vacuumed my car!! I would highly recommend carstar and look forward to going to them again.

The team at Carstar is just that, a team! From the estimate to the updates on my car, everything ran smoothly and on time. The body work is flawless, communication percise and their willingness to work with my insurance company and rental company took the hassle out of the situation. Brandy & John did an excellent job. My first estimate, from another outfit, was $2000. She gave me a $1100 estimate. And the actual job was $50 less. The damaged area, now looks brand new.

John and Brandy were really helpful and patient with me explaining the issues with the other insurance company, and I felt like I could trust them completely.
