I am completely satisfied with the way that my car was repaired. I found it to be a very positive experience even though I had been very concerned about my injuries and my transportation for the week. I noticed the team went above and beyond the repairs. The updates were helpful, cleaning my interior and exterior of car was a surprise and very appreciated! I noticed the team even fixed the handles inside my car that Midas accidentally broke during my oil change that day. Thank you so much for turning my week around! Overall the paint job was clean. Everyone was friendly and polite. The car was completed ahead of schedule. Very satisfied.

Everything looks great, staff was fairly friendly. One complaint - I had a toy figurine in my car, I had taken pictures before and after my car repair of everything in my vehicle. A small Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle toy (Leonardo - the blue one) was missing from my car when I picked it up. This was the only thing taken from my car, but it meant a lot to me. I know I did not misplace it, as I have a picture of it the exact time I dropped my car off. I would really be happy to get this back.

Our car was fixed in a timely manner and looks ad good as before the accident.

I've always been very pleased with Bob Rohrman. First experience with the collision center. Very very satisfied customer.

Communication (via the email service) was excellent up until end. The last email word we got was that the vehicle was on schedule for completion. No other phone calls or notification that it was delayed. WE had to call in to find out it was delayed. It's like the folks there were scared to tell us bad news; we did not care - we just wanted to know what to expect so we could plan. Again on the day we actually picked up the vehicle the same thing happened. No information. WE had to call in to see if it was actually ready. My wife was diving up from Indianapolis at 4pm and it was like they did not want to deliver bad news; again, we did not care she just needed to know what she was doing. Then all of a sudden word changed that the vehicle was done. I appreciated the status updates during the repair; particularly because it took several weeks, but you dropped the **** at the end. Finally the vehicle looks great, it's just the customer service was not what we would have expected.

Other than a little more attention to detail in final wash and wax. Completely satisfied. Job well done!!! Thank you.

Did a great job. Had it longer then ecpected. But being a new car and model. And the weather it took longer then ecoected to get everything that was needed. I was kept informed through out the whole process. I truly appreciated that.

Wonderful. Need to let customer know about things that take longer than expected. Lydia
