When I came to pick up my car, there was still some damage on my car. The repair guy tells me that it must have been there, and had nothing to do with the accident; yet it was in the same area of the accident. But since I can't prove it how can I argue. I'm the one that's outside washing my car everyday, so I should know if something was there or not. But I don't like conflict so I just went on my way. I don't know why he didn't want to correct it, I thought that was the purpose of insurance.

You worked fast , i just wish it took you 3 weeks instead of 2 weeks because of the large deductible it took longer to gather and. i had to pay for additional rental. But you did a good job . Thanks

I have had many jobs involving customer service, so customer service is a big deal to me. Longstreet Auto Body provides top notch customer service. I knew the car repair would be great, but customer service is what sets you apart from the next car repair facility!

Everything went very smoothly. Car was ready when promised. I was surprised at how quickly I was able to schedule the repair, in the past I have had to wait a month, or more after getting an estimate. Mark is a very nice guy and treated me very professionally. I have 2 minor complaints. One, there was a light scratch behind read tire that was supppsed to be rubbed out and wasn't. Mark took care of it very quickly though. Also, a clear sticker for protection was purchased but not put into the door frame. I had to come back later in the day and it was put on in just a few minutes. The guy who did it was also very & professional. I think these were communications issues that need to be addressed. Or perhaps a more detailed final inspection needs to be done. Compare work order & parts list to car and be sure all decals are inplsce and more minor work is completed. Front lobby area was nice and well kept. From what I saw through open overhead door, the shop also appeared to be clean and orderly. I would recommend your shop and will return for any future body work that might be needed.
