Whoever repaired my vehicle did a great job, as I don't see any physical deficiencies in the paint or the body panels that were removed and replaced. However, I don't think they did a great job matching paint at all. The new paint looks to be a shade lighter than the original color. I do understand that the color of my paint is unique and often problematic to repair. And I did expect color matching to be difficult and I did expect there to be some color differences between the rear bumper and the quarter panel. But the color difference is way too obvious, even from 50 feet away. The gentleman at the front desk did inform me that it is due to the material of the body panels, which does make sense. BUT, the difference is even apparent between the rear quarter panel and the trunk. Additionally, the roof was also repainted and even between the roof and the doors that weren't repaired, the color difference is apparent. Again this goes back to the color of the blue that was used to repair my car, as it is a shade lighter than the rest of the car. This is probably due to Lexus having a unique painting scheme with their cars, since the blue paint used on my car is a 3 stage paint.

After we get our 2019 ascent back tom wood subaru will never see us again. Our sales guy Bill Vickers was very rude and demanding and made my wife feel like she didnt matter. We had a car at the collision center for 6 weeks when we were told it would only take 3 weeks. When we did pick up our car we found out that day a inexperienced driver wrecked our car and we wont get it for another 2 weeks so needless to say we will never do business with tom wood Subaru wver again
