It took too long—which might not have been your fault. I had to pay well over $400 out of pocket to rent a car. I am a widow living on social security and this has really set me back.

There was left over broken glass in my dashboard from my windshield repair. There was a broken clip on my rear view mirror. When I brought that up with the front desk they told me someone would call me later that day. ****.5 business days has passed since I was told this and no one called me. There was a left over clip laying in my trunk and I had to find where it had to be placed and clip it back in myself. The staff was very friendly when I talked to them. They did seem like they had a lot on their plate. I did appreciate the floor mat cleaning and whee shine. The above comments just did not align what I would expect from a big dealer name body shop.

Oddly they did not fix the right dent. The work that wa fine was good just the wrong item repaired. I am sadly used to the fact of incorrect work from three Tom wood locations. Nissian terrible service experience. T wood ford wrecked my truck and now the collision center fixed the wrong dent. Good day to Tom wood automotive.

- Have to take the car to buff out a mark that was left upon delivery. - Repair of driver seat restraint buckle that was damaged; cover cloth was ripped off.

So far the repair is very good except my trunk could not be opened manually except if I have to use my remote. I could feel the latch is not engaging when I try to manually open the trunk. I might have to bring it to you or to service. Pls advise where I need to bring it on Thursday or Friday. So far the outcome of the repair is very good!! Please text me where to bring the car regarding the trunk lid issue. Thanks Dr Carl Sabandal
