As I’ve discussed with the Tom Wood Collision center manager, I felt my experience was very relatable to other customers who have expressed their concerns for this business on their yelp page. I was repeatedly given new completion dates as “new issues” came about. However come to find out most of these issues were either lies or already expected and never expressed to me. It was only when I was beyond frustrated and asked to speak to the manager that I was given back my car. Not only am I upset with this experience so is my insurance company who has to pay for the additional rental car days.

Josh tried very hard to keep the whole interaction professional and satisfactory. However, the techs who did the repairs didn't have enough attention to detail. There was a scuff in my paint, glue on my door handle, trim pieces not reinstalled properly, dirty fingerprints all over my headliner, a permanent marker on my trim near my map lights. my driver's mirror is pointed too far in and won't adjust correctly, and a very visible crease in my driver's door. Josh cleaned the headliner most of the way and ordered a new trim piece, but all in all, I feel like some of these things were obvious enough that they never should have been presented in the condition they were.

I would have thought that they would have washed my car before returning it to me. They had mentioned that I needed tires but never provided pricing. I would’ve happily had them do it while they had my vehicle since I was out of town on vacation while the repair was being done. For the most part the staff was nice and friendly especially the receptionist. I was originally going to take it someplace else for repair. But Eric Peterson who manages your Toyota dealership referred me to your collision center.

Matt at Tom Wood Collision Center kept me apprised of the situation/progress on my car repairs on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s as promised. Customer service was excellent and I’m very pleased with the final product. Matt made sure I knew in a timely manner that the salvaged parts originally priced in the appraisal were not satisfactory so a delay in finishing the repairs was due to waiting for new parts.
