I just had a small repair on the front bumper. Was not expecting the interior of the car to be so clean when I picked it up. Also liked the text updates. I always knew where things stood.

Nancy was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel welcomed, taken care of, and a priority. She kept me updated on my car and I had complete trust in her.

Before I came in,& Q there was full understanding that I had a tight time line. I live 90 miles away. I am a physician and I have on call responsibilities. I arranged this around my time and work. I was assured it would get done in my time line. That was a lie. It turned my life upside down . Very frustrating! I was actually headed to Indy to pick up my car and I had a moment that told me to call and make sure the car Was ready, so heady south on I 69 I learn the car isn’t ready and won’t be for at least 4 -5 hours. I only have coverage till 4:30 so I “ stand down” and turn around to return to Marion. No one had called me earlier in the day to tell me this.i could have worked on coverage. But now too late and we are heading into weekend. I had to work hard for coverage on sat. This was all Un necessary! Certainly not my best experience at Tom Wood. .

Did not have rental car ready for me that your representative said was set up. waited 2hours at rental office. Picked up car...bumper still detached had ti wait for fix. The mats of my car were covered inoil and an employee of yours stole my booklet of carwashes out of my middle compartment.....Thanks!

I trusted Tom Wood as a certified Porsche collision center after my Porsche 911 was damaged in an accident. The repair met Porsche's high standards that I returned the car to repaint the undamaged side of the car. Now my 12 year old black 911 looks pristine.
