3 months is an unacceptable cycle time no matter what circumstances you’re facing. Missing about a dozen deadlines and failing to report a new date before I have to call to ask why my car is two days late (4 times no less) is also completely unacceptable. This was my first experience with a Tom Wood business, and I fully expect that it will ne my last.

Nancy McGuire did a great job coordinating with State Farm to get the repairs completed and the workmen did an excellent job with repairing the car - the finishing work looks great. Nancy kept me informed all during the process and was very helpful in explaining everything.

Poor communication throughout the process with me as a customer and with my adjuster and GEICO. Extended the time that my vehicle was in service without giving me or GEICO a call twice. My rental was covered by my insurance and I had to extend my rental because I drove up to Tom Wood to pick up my vehicle on the date that GEICO and Enterprise had communicated to me. It seems like no one let my insurance know that my vehicle was still in service for an additional 3 days, because Enterprise is trying to bill me for them. I would appreciate it if someone would follow up with my insurance and let them know what happened so I don’t have to pay out of pocket for something I had nothing to do with.

Kept us informed as to progress. Worked with insurance for additional costs upon beginning repairs. Polite and helpful associate, Matt Paris. Great organization with desk, reception personnel, fully informed and ready to serve. Very quick pick up of completed project because of the organization and collaboration with Enterprise car rental. Thanks for all the effort to statisy the customer.

The repair (replace windshield, convertible top, and fix some paint) took 5 weeks. Parts were not an issue as they came in fairly quickly, most of the delay seemed to be putting off work that could be done immediately because they didn’t have a part (or insurance ok) for another part of the job. Then when the other work was ready to start, they had to finish up the work they previously stopped for no good reason. This happened several times resulting in a 2 week job taking 5 weeks. In the end, the work looks good, but I won’t be a return customer due to the unnecessarily long time it took to complete the work.

While I have only driven the car 4 miles- Nancy Maguire was FABULOUS about keeping me up to date on progress and expectations. Her attention to detail was evident right up to the time I drove away. She was simply outstanding and left a great impression. Her sheer competence certainly implies that everyone there meets that standard.

Nancy Mcguire did a great job in updating the repair status on my car. She handled professionally the questions I asked pertaining to lenght of time to finish and costing. The repair was done ahead of estimated time to complete. I am satisfied with the outcome.
