Matt did his best in the end almost 5 months to repair a car and then when it’s delivered still not right I’m sure is unacceptable to everyone

Took a really long time to get parts.

The front desk was pleasant to deal with. They appeared to enjoy their jobs and were very upbeat and personable. They were a pleasure to work with. Matt Paris has been a gem from start to finish with reference to my Subaru. You all had my car for 2+ months. He was fantastic with every question I had. He was consistent with keeping me updated EVERY Tues and Thurs. Also updated more frequently when issues appeared. He was very reassuring the whole time. He id definitely an asset to your business! I wanna take this time to thank each and every one of Tom Wood's employees that had a hand in fixing my car. I had never been in a serious car accident before and knowing that you all cared about my car means everything to me. Thank you very much to everyone, no matter how small of a part to played in the repairs! Will definitely be back when I need this type of service

Nancy at the desk was friendly. Brain handled his part professionally & communicated clearly. The blend of paint was superb. They matched 13 year old paint perfect. The body work is aligned properly and no new road noise. Thanks Guys, my wife loves her VW Beetle convertible & you made it look like new.
