Communication was not adequate and took **** month for repairs. Car was somewhat clean when I got it back.

It was a big repair. It took over 60 days. That’s a long time. Insurance only covered my rental for 30 days. So I’m out of pocket another $750.
Communication was not good. The text messages on autopilot aren’t beneficial. And not responses never come when I text back. Then the phone calls to say the car is ready were all different messages. And not accurate. I spoke to a representative and was alerted 6 days before hand that the car was ready. Then I called to confirm. And it was a week later. 2 days before final delivery there were two calls with completely different updates. 2 days before, I was told “Geico coming in the AM to put eyes on it” I never got a call that day, so I call. It’s not ready. Needs final detail, will be ready tomorrow. Ok. 4:00 I call today. Oh yes it’s ready, we thought you were just coming in. Now I’m rushing to get there by 5:30.
There are scratches along the passenger rear window moulding that weren’t there before.
Now that I have it, the information screen and LCD panel isn’t functioning properly.
I’m thankful the car is repaired. But something’s aren’t working the same as when I brought it in. And I need those corrected. I’m working all over SC and NC and need my car for work and transportation. The shop is not convenient for me to get too. And now I’m going to need to likely come back until these two issues (or any others I find) are resolved.
