Great customer service and the did a superb job with repairing my vehicle.

It was extremely hard to get in contact with anybody at the shop to discuss what was going on with my car. I kept being transferred to the person who supposedly was working on my car, and she would never answer. I left a voicemail for her to call me back and she never did. Nobody was willing to help or answer any of my questions. It took 3 days longer then expected to get my car back. The day that my car was scheduled to be picked up, Monday Dec.16, I received a message stating that it was near completion and on track to being ready by 4 pm and if there are any delays someone will call me and explain. When I went to pick my car up at 4, they said it was not ready yet, that they would leave a note for the lady working on my car to call me the next morning. I never received a call, yet again. When I picked up my car, Thurs Dec.19, I found out parts were replaced on my car that wasn't even discussed or mentioned. When I asked for a detailed report on what all was being changed and why when I first went to pick up my car, they said, "you'll get a copy when you pick your car up." All in all, I am very disappointed with this body shop and I will not be back.

The repair that was done was completed and time and I was kept updated and the process . I ask for them to give me a prize on the scrape at the back diver side over the wheel since they would have already have the paint mixed to match and they did not .
