Brooksidecollision went above and behind everyday you got a text about your vehicle and even if you got a text you could still email a question or comment and within an hour had a issue or question resolved and we upfront if they thought it would be the next before they had an answer. I also couldn't be more happier with how my vechile turned out. You can't even we had an accident My girls and I am are so happy to have our truck back and so happy with the quality of customer service and workmanship that was put into our invidual job work order. The speed of the repair was fantastic. However after picking up my vehicle today the repaired front left wheel makes a horribly loud screeching sound. I will be returning with the vehicle to have it addressed

Being in a traumatic driving experience is never easy, but Brookside made the aftermath experience so comforting and easy. Got updates frequently on my car and on top of it my car was done two days earlier than expected! The final work done to my car was great and just looking at the outside and inside it looked clean. Mike, I believe his name was, went over all the details of my car and what was replaced and fixed thoroughly. Thank you guys again!

Everything went great! The repairs to the car were completed a day earlier than expected. The car was cleaned, vacuumed, detailed and washed. It almost looked brand new. If I were ever in need of repairs in the future I would definitely use Brookside again.
