My only criticism was not about the work, but that the driver of the flatbed got lost because he wasn't given the apartment number, and it was not on the order he was given with my name and address on it.

I am not satisfied with the repair of my car. Besides the length of time that the repair shop took, I also found two issues upon picking up the car. One, a huge scratch that was caused by the accident which according to the repair shop, the appraiser did not include it in the estimated amount. Second, the door inside it’s not done properly, there is a loose part. This car is a lease that has to be returned in mint condition at the end of lease agreement. The car should had been returned perfect. I will be calling my insurance informing how dissatisfied I am.
