I was promised to repaint all the passenger side. But, the front part has not been repaint. The estimate include that part too. In addition, when replacing the door, the interior part was not replaced. I also saw foot print on my back seat. I though you use safety cover.

Vehicles Color Doesn't Match The Paint. My Inside Upholstery Was Ruined , The Car Was Given Back To Me With Such Carelessness , my vehicle was absolutely filthy. I'm incredibly angry on how dirty my car was when I got it back. The vehicle was supposed to be repaired with care and affection but seeing how you guys treated my car on the outside, really assures me that you have treated my vehicles repair on the outside in the same matter. Which is why their are noises coming from within the body of the car. The Electronic system doesn't work the same , the entire cars ride has changed, their are grinding noises coming from the rear end & the cars electrical windows system don't work. I am regretful to have ever brought my car to a collision center that claims to be Toyota certified !!!!

Previous experience very positive- this experience even better. A better than projected completion time enabled us to leave on time for our vacation. The work and condition of the car was excellent. Charlie was very helpful. Status reports a nice touch. My problem turned out to be very expensive, but at least it was done right. Thank you,

I was concerned driving without a front license plate if you forget to install it back the customer needs to be helped so not to get a ticket with police for a driving violation this is my only concern

The staff did a great job repairing my car. It looks great. I did notice the web site indicates the shop opens at 7:30 a.m. but the door to the shop indicates the shop opens at 8:00 a.m. Why are they different?
