When I dropped off my car for repair, I was informed that the repair should take about three days. I made clear that the best way to communicate with me with the status of the repair is via email. It's been a week and I never got a response with a real status update. I emailed that staff member whom I dropped my car with, but never got a response. My car is still in the shop after a week later and I just got an automatic generated email that my car was picked up and "Thank you for choosing us for repair". ??? What the heck is going on? This is the absolutely the worst communication ever!!!!

Not pleased at all. Had to return car for cleaning to green residue all over it. Additionally, car was not aligned, had to return to get done - insurance paid for supplemental. Picked up car alignment is still faulty - very, very, concern. Needs to be corrected ASAP.

My truck was delayed twice, it wasnt washed and had glue all spots when I picked it up. Plus my tailgate didn't open up and I would of thought that it would of been checked out since it was replaced. So now truck is delayed yet again

dropped off early Monday - was told it would be ready on Thursday. text messages promised updates. None came. I called Wednesday to verify pick up, I was told it was scheduled for Friday but they would move it to Thursday. they did. I got a text saying pick up had been moved from a Monday to Thursday. Lots of incomplete and inconsistent info
the repair did not address a scratch on the rocker panel. I was told that this was discussed with me as a means to keep cost down . no such conversation took place.
The work that was done looks to be well done.
