Rarely ever followed up with my on my vehicle updates. I had to keep calling in to see what’s going on. Service guy at body shop told me they will get another check issued from the insurance. But that didn’t happen. So another guy had a talk with the manager then issued it to me. It was ok.

The repair work was apparently done very well. I'm so far very pleased with the look of the vehicle and how well and solidly it drives. My "no" rating resulted from my perception that my vehicle wasn't a priority for the advisory staff. At times I felt under-informed concerning the vehicle's repair status. I believe the staff should have been more proactive in keeping me updated. And, I definitely disliked the statement made by one advisor that there were other vehicles on the lot that were worth much more than mine, and therefore, were a greater priority to the facility. I purchased my vehicle new at Crest (Nissan), which is why I had the vehicle delivered to Crest Collision for repair. I thought being a Crest customer might be of some importance. I came away with thinking "Crest" is just a name used as a marketing tool.
