My car was sent there with damage to the right front quarter panel & hood. The passenger side door has runs from the paint or clear coat? Also, the hood has paint runs as well. Carl Hale is my service Representstive at the collision center saw the damage, agreed it was poorly painted . Once I was n the road from leaving there, I discovered my gas tank was on empty & my car pulls to the right from the impact of collision. I was told my car was balanced and aligned and the service adviser had driven it? Apparently someone dropped the ****! Once I had my car at 70 mph on highway the steering wheel started to shimmy excessively. I immediately called Carl as we agreed before I left the dealership he would get my car back in to re-paint and fix properly. I left him a message & I have never heard from him since. I have hd NOTHING but problems at this dealership on many occasions & repairs!!!!! Very dissatisfied & I need my car fixed properly!

Very pleased with the work done. The only complaint I would have would be the rrwsidue all over my windshield. I will bring it in tomorrow for a car wash to see if crest Infiniti can clean it off
