Turned my car in on october 25th. Numerous attempts were made to return my car to me with unsatisfactory results. 1st time an attempt was made to return my car with an extremely cloudy salvaged headlight assembly! 2nd attempt was made to return my car to me for me to drive 2 and a half miles down the road and the temperature needle started going up. Luckily I pulled over and they got it towed back to the shop. Upon arrival at the shop I noticed the hood had metalic stripes in the paint job and the fog lights not working. I don't want to even get into the time lost from work going back and forth to the shop. Finally got my car back on the 7th of December to find out later that night, the horn is not working properly! I'm affraid to return it because something else might come up. Needless to say, alstate better never recommend this body shop to me EVER! The only positive in this experience was my representative named Gary and the young lady at the service desk named Brianna.

The staff was great from when we 1st walk in the door to the service manager and all of the other staff. There were a few minor mishaps that was present upon receiving the car back. But the manager Quickly resolved them and we Are thankful. Still waiting on a part to come in to complete the process. We were assured we would be contacted once it does come in for the completion of our service.

Only problem my car wasn't clean and look like someone was in the trunk with the seat laid back. Also the part we left in the car was gone when we were told they were going to order a new one. Should have gotten credit for the used part. Thanks

We ended up taking our car to another body shop to be sure it was properly fixed and not stapled and patched then painted over.

I will never use this company again my wires were cut and they didn’t have to be cut they didn’t tell me about the cut wires and still acted like they did nothing wrong when I asked my radio wouldn’t turn on when I got my vehicle back and my air wouldn’t cut off when I got my vehicle back my windshield was already damage but when I pick my vehicle up the windshield was even more damaged and the adjuster that was assigned to my vehicle acted like he didn’t know what was going on this company starts to part your car if it’s totaled and feel like the customer is not coming for there vehicle

Car not finished on expected date, wrong part placed on vehicle took an extra week for the right part to come and communication between customer and merchant could have been way better had to keep checking in when my car would be finished, when the part would come and how long the process would be to fix their mistake. Also I stay out of town so this whole experience was a 0/10.
