The OEM has a program for Certified Collision Centers, whereas all certified shops must have completed all required training assigned by the OEM, and has the equipment needed to properly bring the vehicle back to the OEM’s required state of performance. All qualified and authorized repair facility must also have access to genuine OEM parts, superb customer services and specialized care in order to withstand the expected level of quality that the OEM provides its customers.
