Although dealing with a car crash and blemish on a vehicle is very stressful and unfortunate I found the palm desert IAC team to be wonderful to work with. Jimmy who I believe is a manager there was a great help in getting my car done when I needed it. He has great customer service skills and was always there to answer any questions that I had. I honestly will always look to jimmy and his team moving forward for whatever work may pop up. The guy showed me he truly cared. In a my opinion he needs a raise. Thank you all!

I believe my car was ready on Friday for pick up, never received call even though estimator says she called but couldn't find noted of what she said! I finall caked in Tuesday and was told yes your car had been ready! That's 5 extra days of rental car charge to me for over 100.00!
