Everything looked great with the repairs and everything looked in tact with the inside of the car when I inspected it. However, I made it near home and reached for my gas tank key and realized that a starbucks gift card was missing. Keep in mind, that I do realize that you are not responsible for items I chose to leave in my car; however, I left that in my car because there was either no balance on the card or at the very least there was 2.00. I don't really care that the card is gone, but unfortunately my disappointment is in the fact that the repairshop would take it. And sadly, your company's integrity suffers all because some employee took something valued at 2.00 or less.

Jimmy went out of his way to research the yellow clean air vehicle decal on the Prius to see if he could get a replacement for the one that would be lost when the rear bumper was replaced in the repair. He also was able to speed the authorization for repair along through the insurance carrier of the person who hit the back of my vehicle. Both were above and beyond but MUCH appreciated!! The quality of the repair is excellent. He and the rest of the staff made the whole experience easy. My thanks to them all!!!

I dont own a cell phone (helps me focus) when I came in initially, I was going to drive to Enterprise to talk to them about picking me up the following Monday. The lady at reception called for me instead. She also offered me a bottle of water on a VERY hot day. The email updates were timely. I never had to call or check the status. When I picked up my car it was washed and I was delighted to find out I get free express details now, just for using IAC. -AWESOME!
