I was rear ended in a 2018 Toyota Camry with less than 6k miles. When I dropped off my car they sounded very professional and knowledgeable when they explained that the damage was not too bad and it should only need a replacement bumper. I was called a couple of days later and told my car would be ready in a couple of hours and that they would contact me as soon as it was ready. I received a text message telling me it was ready and I headed down. When I got there I was told it wouldn’t be too long and that someone would be with me. After about 20 minutes I asked what was going on with my car and was told that it would be right up. After about another 20-30 minutes I got frustrated and asked them why they told me to come down to just to waste my time sitting in their shop. Finally after about another 30-40 minutes my car pulled up to the front and we went out to inspect it, immediately I could tell something was not right and my bumper looked slightly higher on one side and the bumper was rubbing the taillight. After getting a manager to come look at it, he decided they needed to replace a couple of clips and that should fix it. We agreed that they would order the parts and that I would bring the car back in a couple of days to be repaired. After a couple of days I dropped it off on Wednesday 8/****/18 and didn’t get a call from them on Friday like we agreed. I figured I would get a call Monday morning but nothing so around 12:30 pm I decided to call and find out what was going on but I was told everyone was at lunch and I would get a call as soon as they returned. I waited a few hours and nothing so I called again and was told I could come down and that it was done. When I arrived, I asked for the guy I spoke to on the phone but right away he tried to get me out of there, I took my time to check the car but the issue had not been resolved and now there was more issues with missing clips and the bumper being loose, the guy said everything was within specs and tried to explain what that meant. When I called him on his BS, another guy came up and tried to overtalk me as a way of explainig things but that didn’t work either. After showing him everything that I saw wrong, his answer was “ well it was in an accident”. I told him I was not happy and that I was tired of them wasting my time, and trying to BS me into agreeing with the repairs. This shop reminded me of those shops that are on tv trying to scam women and the elderly. Do yourself a favor and don’t trust your car to these guys
