From start to finish it was a fantabulous experience. Everyone, from the front office to everyone I came in contact with, were very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I especially want to thank Armando who walked me through the whole process and made me so comfortable and thankful that I chose Seidner’s to repair my car.

This is my second time going to this repair shop. My experience with the quality of work done to my car is 110% satisfied. My experience with the clerk process, not so much. To begin with, I was told to sign a document which I verified and wasn’t even my file. My file couldn’t be found and had to get someone else to come and help. My payment was processed incorrectly and she insisted on wanting to charge my card twice for her mistake. I was not okay with that since I was not prepared to put twice the amount down for no reason. Like I said, the quality of work is amazing and the process of communication is great, my only concern is with the clerks in the office. I would just suggest better training and verification in what they do.
