While the shop finally completed the work satisfactorily, it wasn't until I complained about the poor workmanship. I was notified that the car was done but when I went to pick it up, the bumper was not not properly installed and the paint job on the bumper was extremely poorly done. After I complained, I was assured the job would be redone. I shouldn't have had to point out to professional body shop employees that their workmanship was not satisfactory.
