There was a hurdle right away during the estimate. They found a fix around the problem. Vehicle was fixed and DELIVERED three days after drop off. They even drove my wife home. Josh, the sites mgr. is very professional, kind and understanding. He helped me make the best solution to my vehicles problem. He gives off an honest aura. You can trust his opinion of the situation. He is most fair with costs of any job given. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have come back a second time since my first experience back in December 2014. A job site is only as good as the person in charge. I'm soooooo glad he's at my site. I can always count on him.

Car was promised at 5:00 but wasn't ready until almost 5:30. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but I had to be somewhere at 5:30. I was emailed that I would be called if car was behind schedule, but I wasn't called. That was the only problem. Fonzi has great customer service skills.
