From my first contact with Bryan Lee at the Pasadena office to the service provided by Jerry Mata and his team at the Alhambra branch I had a great experience. Bryan made a special effort to accommodate my schedule and Jerry provided excellent service. He was friendly, professional and made sure I was satisfied with each step of the process. Everything was great except dropping off the car. The lady in the office that was helping didn't seem to know we were scheduled to drop off and it took way longer to get done than expected (over 20 min), which we felt could have been much quicker.
