The repairs on my vehicle look great.. I'm glad it did not take very long to get done. I liked the fact that I was always receiving end mails to know the status on the car. Thanks to Steven for doing such a great job... you guys are awesome!!!

My vehicle was repaired to my satisfaction, so that is a plus. The reason for being dissatisfied was the time it took and the number of times I was told it would be done, only to be let down. After my initial appointment to assess the damage an appointment was made for the following week for me to drop my car off. I assumed this appointment was set because my car was in driveable condition and they needed to order parts. To my disappointment I dropped my car off and was notified several days later that my bumper was finally in. Then, I was text messaged multiple times to inform me that my car would be ready the next day only to be messaged again that it would be postponed again. This happened at least 4 times. This whole process took over 15 days from first meeting to completion. This ended up costing me an additional $400 in rental car fees that would have been unnecessary if the parts would have been ordered and received prior to me bringing in my vehicle that was drive-able.
Needless to say, this process could have gone much smoother and cost me less money.
To end in a positive note, your staff is very pleasant to deal with.
