A plug is missing from the trim. There is a scratch above the drivers headlight and there are stains on the trim above the license plate.

First, the work done looks excellent! I am very happy with what they did. The issue I had was when I brought the car in for an assessment, the person thought it was probably a cosmetic issue and that the bumper just needed repair. He said they would need to look further and see if there was any other damage but if there wasn't any,that it would take 3 days to repair. When they took off the bumper they found that there was no further damage but it took 4 and ****/4 days to finish the repair, which did cause me some inconvenience. I really do not want a representative to contact me. I feel they did a great job which is the most important thing. However you asked about my experience so I'm letting you know.
