My truck was supposed to be done within 10 days to 2 weeks. It took 3 weeks and 5 days. Normally I understand when things take a little longer, but every delay was due to their “non planning” and thinking ahead to what they were going to need done.

Emblem not on sticky substance on sides of car in back by the windows sticky substance on back hatch. Back gate not completely polished. Adhesive smell inside car. Overall I would rate a 5 out of 10

The radio in the car had been reset and the clock would not work. Not really the fault of Service King, but it should have been checked and corrected before it was returned. There are scratches on the hood that were not there when it was taken in. I am sure I can buff them out. The staff was all super friendly. I would definitely use them again.

****) After car my car had been at SK for several days I was contacted because they needed to remove my roof rack, which requires a separate key. This resulted in an inconvenient trip back to the location to deliver they key for the rack. This should have been addressed prior to the service date so I could have provided to key or removed the rack myself.
2) When I inspected the car after work was completed, I immediately noticed the mud flap where the body work had been done was not sitting flush like the flap on the other side of the vehicle. I had to point this out and wait another 30 minutes to be adjusted. Anyone doing a visual inspection could have/ should have noticed this.
3) my car had been parked outside by SK waiting for me to pick, making it hard to properly inspect the work that had been done due to snow. Now that the snow has melted I can see that the gas tank flap also is not aligned properly. It's very disappointing. My car is only a year old and now already has quirks from bad work.
