I was very pleased with the friendly reception u received when I first walked into Service King. I liked the updates u received and they did an excellent job on fixing my car.

My repair has not been done. Still waiting

Alicia was very professional. She kept me updated on the progress of the repair.

The paint job was bad. There are pits in the hood, bad work was also done on the drivers door and the back door on the driver's side was left untouched. Parts of the vehicle are missing such as the push start button, handle from the back seat, almost half of the passenger side windshield wiper and the brackets that hold the battery down were ALL MISSING! The brackets were inside the vehicle. The vehicle also does not drive correctly. The front end is out of alignment. My wife was told she would have had to have hit something for the front end to be out of alignment. Well hello, she did in fact hit something, which is the entire reason my vehicle is at your shop. When my wife called she was told that some of these were maintenance issues and that my vehicle was not a push button vehicle. When the windshield was pulled out damage was done to the vehicle. It is NOT a maintenance issue. I do not appreciate my wife being treated like a stupid woman that knows nothing about vehicles. It may not have been the intention but, it was the result. The vehicle is now back at your shop. Please fix this vehicle like it was the vehicle that carried your grand children. Also, someone took all the belongings from inside the vehicle and moved it all to the rear. This wouldn't be a problem except what they did was move glass to where my grand children sit.

Not complete satisfied driver side door control pannel has lot of water marks allover the pannel and window possibly they live window down and rain water get inside the vehicle i was so mad now it looks like **** they clean but still damage i will test my controls to make sure they working ok when get dry if not i will call my lawyer.

Traves has been a tremendous help throughout this process. He has gone above and beyond. No one wants to deal with a situation like this, but when you have employees that take the extra mile to make the process run smoothly, it alleviates a lot of stress. My car came out perfect! Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

If a computer Diagnostics was done I would have liked to have the readout if possible
