My car was in the shop for almost a month. When I was told my car was ready last Friday it wasn’t. I pointed out a seal they didn’t put on. They fixed that and I currently have a run in the paint after they added the seal.

Your folks need to be more realistic about The estimated length of time you need to complete the job. I was initially told three days, which then inexplicably stretched to two weeks for a very simple job. Have the team been upfront with how long they thought it was going to take, I would’ve arranged other ways to cover for my car’s absence, but because I only thought it was a few days,I was greatly inconveniencing those around me borrowing cars as three day stretch to one week, and then stretch to two weeks. That is my only main complaint

I have never had a body shop that is a professional as Service Kink. They promise a date to be completed which is very good but then they have it completed before that. The text message updates let you know exactly what is happening with your vehicle. I can truly say this is the best body shop I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Their princes are great and the technicians do a fantastic repair. The vehicle looks showroom new. 10 Stars for the entire experience. Recommend to all who need body work this is the place to go

Took 9 days for a simple bumper repair and repaint. Thank goodness no more was damaged or we would be in over 2 weeks. I am not 100% satisfied with the paint job on the bumper either. On closer inspection when I got home I found some paint runs and some bubbles on the edges. It appears that the bumper was placed on the car and then painted as opposed to painted then attached. I can see the black bumper from both side ends. The car is a Jaguar, I am used to perfection.
