Service King Corporate

After picking my Tahoe up yesterday and driving home an alert came on indicating there was no oil in the truck and to stop the engine. Prior to the accident this alert was not present and this truck is used for everyday use. I drive this truck weekly to downtown Dallas and no vehicle can be driven with no oil. I drove the truck home due to my proximity to your location and my inability to easily turn around and go back to your location from the service road. I called service King to make them aware of the issue but they were closing for the day. The option I was given was to drop the truck off and when they opened on Monday they would take s look at it but I would not be able to get a rental because Enterprise had closed. When asked how could this happen Jamie indicated since I was just hit on the side then it’s possible that it’s not something that would normally be checked. I advised I don’t know if all the damage that occurred during the accident was cosmetic but it’s impossible to drive a car with no oil. I don’t expect a free tune up but I would expect a check of fluids they may have been impacted by the accident. Unfortunately, I did not readily have oil in my truck or garage nor do I have a spare vehicle. I am unsure what happened to the truck resulting in no oil being in it. Again this was not the case prior to the accident. I have not done anything but park the truck in the driveway at this point in hopes Monday someone will follow up with me.

A chrome bottom window border came loose. I hammered it back with a rubber mallet. Will keep an eye on it & May have to take back for repair.

I WAS AMAZED ON HOW WELL THE TEAM HANDLED MY REPAIR AND HOW SMOOTH EVERYTHING WENT FROM SHOWING UP WITH A DAMAGED CAR TO PICKING UP THE REPAIRED CAR. OUTSTANDING SERICE FROM THE TEAM AT WEST CHESTER LOCATION.

A part on the fender was not fixed.

The items that were repaired on my vehicle are not the same color as the original and one of the covers on the bumper is missing.
