Things I liked: I like your scheduling and live update system. Very accurate and the url gives me instant access to the status at anytime anywhere. You could do better: you didn’t restore my back row seats (still folded), not very professional, and because of that, the smell of paint was strong in the car, till I noticed that. Also there’s a scratch on my driver side door that I feel it’s new although I’m not sure...

Well, after the original repair, there were many things that were not correct. Things that if a supervisor or another employee would have checked the work, they wouldn't have let us take to vehicle. Returned to Service King and went over all the things we found. Parts were ordered, and scheduled a time to drop it back off. I am happy that the rental car was supplied. Estimated a couple of days. Over a week later, we got the call the car was ready, again. Picked the credit up about 4:30 Wednesday evening. One issue we had was a brake noise on the wheel of the side of the damage. Are set until Friday morning because of the holiday. When my wife left for work this morning, when she stepped on the brakes, I heard the noise from inside the house. This is a safety issue I don't think they even looked at. Hard to give a good rating on the repair. Daniel has been very understanding, although somewhat frustrated. We will probably take it to our Honda dealer to check it. I really want to be happy about the service! All we asked for was to be made whole. Our vehicle is not junk. 2015 Honda Accord with 50+ thousand miles on it.

There was a huge lack of communication throughout the entire process. I was told my car was going to be done on one day originally. Then I was told it was going to be done a different day, then I was told it was going to be done back closer to the original date. Each time I would take a day off of work and be ready for the phone call to come pick up my car. Each time I personally had to call them on the day they said my car would be done, only for them to inform me it would be a different day now instead, and with very little and vague information as to why. It was only until after the third and final time where they offered to pay for a rental car while I wait for my car to be finished (which I appreciated very much, but the offer would have meant a lot more if it had come a lot sooner.) I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews. In my almost 25 years of living, I have only left a bad review once. I completely understand that everyone is human and mistakes can be made by even the most professional and skilled people.. With that being said, however, after my experience with the Tinley Park location of Service King, I would never even consider recommending or doing business with this location again.

I had no service except Service King picked you my car which was totaled in an accident and brought it to Service King at the request of the my insurance Metro Casualty . The gentleman who came to do the pick up was courteous reassuring and pleasant . When I went down to your place of business to retrieve my belongings , from the moment I arrived at your spotless clean precessional place I was treated with great respect and kindness . From the receptionist to the other gentleman that led m to my car . Believe me it was a pleasure to deal with you and I would recommend you to my family and friends for any repairs major or minor .
