I had an accident that wasn't my fault and was suggested to take my car to Service King. Since it was closer and I was pressed for time I dropped my car off to Mr. Troy who did initially take very good care of me and got me in and out. I was informed I would hear from them via text regarding the status of my car and I did. Here's where everything falls apart.... On today 11/25/19 at 9am, I go to pick my car up and before I could get a chance to look over my car Mr. Troy asked how I was paying for my deductible. First, let's see the shops work/repairs before I pay. I found that to be odd not showing me my car before payment. I am so grateful I did ask to see my car first! Here's why! There were too many imperfections (from the repairs) to list that needed attention! Specifically missing bolts and the coverings off my fender. Extremely unacceptable and unprofessional. Even went on to say my insurance only covers a certain type of repair when in truth it's not my insurance covering the repair cost, the person who was at fault insurance. Troy was not knowledgeable at all. BEWARE!!!!!! If you drop off your car to this Collision Repair Shop on Fox Plaza DOUBLE check, TRIPLE check their work! Then check it again!!!!! They will cut corners!!! I even got my insurance claim rep to contact Service King's manager to make sure my repairs were done correctly. I shouldn't have had to do that! Nor did I get an apology from the manager. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall repairs on my vehicle were satisfactory. What I am not completely satisfied with is the cleanliness of my vehicle when I received it. There were smears and smudges on the areas of repairs, inside the vehicle and on the windows. I was instructed not to immediately wash my vehicle. If that's the case why would it be returned in a state that required it be washed as a result of the repair. As a customer I have no idea what the residue is an assume its probably not best to leave it on the paint of my vehicle. The smears and smudges on my vehicle weren't an issue until I realized how extensive it was i.e. widows and inside the vehicle. I have small children and senior family members who are in my vehicle often that I wouldn't want touching the residue left inside my vehicle on places like door handles. Again, I'm more concerned that this was acceptable to return to a customer more than the residual itself. Technicians are keenly aware of details like this so it's a bit puzzling how this passed QA in the state I received my car. I did not anticipate cleaning my car after receiving it back but for safety of my family, I will have to meet those challenges.
