The body work and repairs made my 2010 car look like new. I was kept up to date on repairs every step of the way. I did find later that my horn and shifter lighting were not working but will take to local repair shop for corrections. I would like to thank Service King, particularly my service person, Tom Jackson. I would recommend to a friend.

My vehicle was returned to me with an error message for the wireless key. Talked to Service King about the message and I was told I would need to change my battery on my key fob. This advise was given to me and I was sent on my way. Had to directly deliver my car to the dealership after receiving my vehicle from Service King. Was informed from the Dealership that the sensor for the key was broken when the repairs were being done. Service King made me believe my car was fixed, but that was not correct. Service King fixed one problem and created another problem. I thought I could except a better service from Service King, but I was mistaken. I am not satisfied with my service and don’t feel I should give all 5 stars, as was asked by the agent at Service King.

I feel the work performed is a very good quality however I think your info system ****. The reason I say this is because you guys had no idea who I was and I have repeatedly done business with you for the past several years. The system required me to put both a repair number and my name and my phone number not or one or the other. That’s pretty **** stupid. The little iPad thing you have set up in the front is not only Awkward but I had no idea who I was either. Also, for the third time I was told my car would be ready and it took two additional work days. You put the service advisor in a awkward position when you do that!

This was my first time to come to know this bodyshop collusion repair, I’m satisfied with the service. The people at this facility are professional, nice and honest. I met Mr. ****, he explained to me the entire process and gave me an estimate date to get my car back. It was appealing. Mr **** was available to answer my questions. I also like the update system. I was text messaged on the evolution on my car. I even received a phone call about the actual pick up date and time. That was nice, I think, that’s the kind of service a king deserves as a French adage states: “le client est roi” meaning, Customer is king.
