It took 2 weeks for service king to even reach out to me to schedule a time to bring my truck in after another 2 week period of them calling the wrong number. I had to call Allstate again to tell them I want to sent my truck to someone else before they reached out to me. Once I finally brought my truck to them, I left it for 7 business days and they sent me and email saying it was ready. I picked it up the following Monday and the bumper was not properly installed. That was all that needed to be done with the truck and it wasn’t done properly I have no idea how they even got the bumper on since it didn’t line up with the truck. They wanted to fix it that morning and I needed to get to work so I had to pay the deductible for work not properly done and bring it back for them to fix another time. I brought the truck back that same afternoon because he said it would take 30 minutes or so and they informed me they would need to take the bumper off. They were basically wanting me to leave the truck there for another day. I told them I couldn’t do that and I had made arrangements last week to leave it with them and they were supposed to be done with it. Now arrangements have been made to correct this on Saturday. I am so pissed off about this because I am still having to deal with this and now it’s takes more time out of my home life. I will never use service king ever again.
