Beth is awesome and is very helpful however I am not happy with the repair itself. I will be working with Beth again soon I’m sure after I speak with the insurance company. I really do appreciate how professional Beth is at the Roseville location. She was even kind enough to stay late so I could pick up my vehicle.

Don’t tell us our car will be done in a week to a week and a half, give us a completion date, then change it four times.... delaying repairs for 4 days in a row. Tell us it will be done in 2 weeks on Friday so we can prepare vs. it will be done Tuesday and leave us hanging all week. Amanda

My tailpipe never got repaired even though it is on the service order. The nice lady at the front desk told my wife that someone had contacted me about it and that was completely false. Hope to get this issue resolved soon.
