The keyless lock feature is not working on the drivers side door. When would I be able to bring it back in to have that fixed?

I had brought my company vehicle in before this vehicle and had a great experience so I decided to use you guys again for my personal vehicle. This time around I had the worst experience. There was no communication from the service associate regarding any updates like delays. I would call her and was told she would call me back and she never did. It took 2.5 weeks to fix my vehicle which is unbelievable. When I asked the service associate why would it taken 2.5 weeks to fix my vehicle her response was “my bad”. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I should have received a call today that my vehicle was towed to Mission Valley location. Never received a call and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I’m having to pay for a rental and leaving on a work trip tomorrow. I left my rental at service king and took an Uber home so enterprise could pick it up tomorrow, Sunday. I did not see my vehicle at service king and it probably wasn’t towed there as promised. I won’t be back until the 12th and I’m worried my car now has to stay at service king. Between Geico, enterprise and service king this has been a horrible experience.
