When the vehicle accelerated, there is a loud high pitch sound. No vibration, as the high pitch sound stops when at idle. Seems to be a transmission rub or an engine issue. This vehicle used to purr when accelerating

Repairs were done excellent, however communication on status was poor. Had to call after **** week to find out any status, even the web site provided no information. This could have been because of the Thanksgiving holiday but ongoing status would have been nice

My car came home with multiple NEW SCRATCHES ON MY VEHICLE!!!! Multiple. It is SCHOCKING. I picked it up parked outside in the dark or I never would have left the building with it. They were absolutely not there and it is horrible.

Vehicle in shop 21 Oct - Dec 5th. Too long. Window registration and toll stickers lost with old windshield. Brought a scratch to reps attention. Was given a bottle of paint to touch up myself. This was a $19K repair. Gwen Crowder was always professional. The van looks good.

Due to GM strike, unavailable parts resulted in a 9 week repair process and one door has still not been completed. Your automated communication process probably works well when everything goes well and quickly. Not so much when it doesn’t. For instance you have sent me this inquiry and the repair is actually still not complete. The issues with the GM strike were not in control, but your communication is. I typically had to call for updates and might or might not get called back.
