My service advisor was wonderful, but the entire process was difficult because insurance was not involved. I got different pieces of information from different people and no one was giving me the exact same protocol. The young lady that scheduled my appointment never clarified many details and also told me that you still repaired vehicles on the weekends even though closed, which led me to renting a car on a Thursday and it took nine days to get a minor repair done. when I picked my car up on Saturday morning I expected it to be spotless on the outside and shining, but the car was not thoroughly washed including the windshield and it appeared that no effort had really been put into it. I even had to ask the gentleman that brought my car to the front to clean up some stuff on the bumper. In general I expected a different experience than what I got. The people that work there are very nice but there is not protocol in place so that everyone says the same exact thing to a customer. Lots of confusion for me. Thank you!

I’ve been told multiple time that my vehicle was gonna be ready on three different dates. When that date come nothing. Me saying I’m not satisfied is and understatement completely. I am beyond upset it’s ridiculous that you could have ordered the incorrect parts but tell me don’t worry we re ordered them correct ones have received the new parts it will be ready and then to be told no, not once, not twice, but still not have a response. Are you kidding me this is a joke.

I appreciated the daily updates about the status of the repairs and finishing earlier than the original date of November 5th. Repairs look great and truly appreciated the work effort. What I was disappointed with was that a $100 tool kit that was in my trunk was missing and my custom made sun shield were missing and my 2 plastic containers were also missing. When I ask where the missing item were, I was escorted to the work area where my car was worked and all 3 missing items were there on a shelf. I don’t understand why the tool kit was not placed on the back seat along with the containers. The sun shield was on the front passenger seat and there was no logical reason for being taken out. I felt like they were removed and individuals hoped I would have not ask about them. Was just very disappointing. Cpt Chambers.
