I am happy with my service my car looks great and everyone was very friendly when I talked to them. However I did have to call (twice) regarding the status of my car and it would have been nice if I had received calls from you guys. The first time I called was the Monday after I’d dropped off my car on a Thursday I believe so I was wondering about the status of my car. And then I was told I’d get a call Thursday and it hit 4:40 pm and I hadn’t heard so I called and apparently you were just about to call me but it would have been nice to get a status update earlier in the day so I wasn’t left wondering all day.
