It took way too long for a relatively minor repair. The estimated time was 5 days. 5 days turned into 11 days. Other than that, service was great.

39 days to repair. Rental cost to me at $20 / day for same size vehicle to accommodate 2 boosters and a car seat. Adhesive left on passenger door. Deductible asked for at pick up even though other party claimed responsibility and other party agent clarified deductible would be sent day of drop off. I had to call GEICO to clarify and solve. Old front wheel rim/hub left in back of car. Orange Marker left on back bumper. New paint damage on back left lift gate. Car wasn’t “ready” for pick up based on the above. Discrepancy in text notification dates and actual dates received from service manager causing extra calls to ensure rental was reserved

This center caused more problems then good. They broke my transmission during a motor swap, double billed my insurance, and wouldn't release my car to me on time. On top of all this they tryed to bill me for my rental, when my insurance told them it was their responsibility. I think i should get my $1000 back due to all of the inconvenience. Lack of communication. Received **** email with estimate. Car was received in October 17th. Finish date was December 5th. I received 3 calls (2 were in December 5th), no texts and no additional emails. I asked more than once to be kept updated by call, text or email.. The reason for delays were changed from waiting for parts to damage worse than thought. Will not use again.
