All staffs are competent, professional and friendly. Especially, Mr. Carlos is great.

I am very saddened that your company will no longer be on my recommended list and I am pretty sure that I will not be coming back to your body shop. I have had several cars repaired at your shop and I was always very happy and satisfied. This last experience has been horrible! The gal at front desk was rude from the start and she was pushing me to pick up my car at 5:00 and was not available and my car sat at your lot until 3:30 the next day, now I get a call this morning and you need my car back because you forgot to do part of the repair and you want me sit there for 2 hours or so, I do not have this kind of time I work 4:30AM to2:00PM and then I have kids to shuttle ! YOU have got to be kidding me! This is not acceptable!

I called to confirm the morning of the promised due date for my repair and was told my car would be ready by 6pm that day and someone would call me later to let me know when I could pick up the car. I was never called by about 530, so I called to check and was informed that the car was not ready and would need another couple of days. Then when I did pick up the car, the door handle had not been reassembled completely - and since I did not notice until after returning home, I had to return on a later date to have the handle assembled correctly.
The extra days needed for my car were covered by a rental, which I appreciate, however, I had made arrangements with my work and spouse to pick up my car on the due date - especially since I was told that morning that everything was on time. I should have been called immediately when you knew the repair was not going to be completed that day.
